Announcement of division of cardio Vascular Surgery.
Tangshan worker_s Hospital is the first one of _third level first
grade_ hospital in the Hebei Province.Now,she is affiliafed Hebei
Medical university and undergoes teaching duty for Chengder Medical
College and Huabei Coalmine Medical College.Department of Cardiovascular
Surgery in the hospital was erected in 1985.Up to date,there are 9
doctors,one is professor,five workers are vice professor.It permits
15 patients in the words at same time,300 cases hospitalize per year
150 operations are finished in one year.Over 2000 patients attend

Especially in the treatmentt of CAD,we have finished CABG,OPCAB&MIDCABG.Till
now,we have consecutively implemented OPCAB in 20 patients with double
or triple-vessels disease.The outcomes is excited,there is any death
or complication.So,it is at leading position within nation.
OPCAB operation may cut down operation time,cost and in hospital
time.It_s indications is more exteusive than CABG.Morever,the OPCAB(off
pump coronary artery bypass) reduees blood tronsfusion.So,it minimizes
occurrence of infectious diseases.

CABGoperations will be completed per year till 2005.200 cardiac operation
will be finished in one year.CABG will be principal part of the division

1.Yu Yongchang ,male,60,professor.In 1967,he graduated from Hebei
medical university.Untill today,he has been teaching and working for
surgery 35 years.He studied at the secend hospital&therd hospital
affiliated Hebei Medical university for general surgery and thoracic
surgery at Fu Wai hospital for cardiac surgery early or late.He possesses
abundart clinical experience and firmed foundation in thoracic&cardiovascular
surgery and cardiovascular surgery early or late.1985,he finished
first cardiac operation with CPB in Tangshan.Up to date,he has finished

2.Du Shaoqin,female,50,vice prefessor.She graduated from Zhang Jiakou
medical college in 1977.She has been engaged in thoracic&cardiovascular
surgery over 20 years.In 1984,she took part in squard to heighten
medical theory at Hubei Coalmine Medical College,that costed her one
year.In 1989,she studied at An Zhen hospital and in 1994,she learned
at Lund(Sweden) medical college for a month.She have been trained
for a advanced cardiac surgen in Fu Wai hospital,Xin Hua hosiptal

care unit early or late.In 1987,he studied at department of cardiovascular
surgery in Fu Wai hospital.within 2000~2001,he joined the teams for
CAD surgical treament theory and CABG techniques in An Zhen hospital
affiliated Capital Medical university,Bin Jing cardiovascular disease
hospital and minimally incision treatment centre for CAD of people_s
hospital affiliated Bei Jing university.
